A week in the woods

A boy named Mark moved to the school where Mr. Maxwell teaches. Every fifth grade student is going to a trip, called A Week in the Woods. But Mr. Maxwell has the feeling he wants to get rid of Mark, so he is about to send him home but realizes that he had not really done anything bad. So, he is about to call Mark, but he isn't there. Well, Mark is in the woods by himself running away. Read and see what will happen to Mark.

Matilda is a prodigy that has horrible parents and a teacher, Miss Honey, the headmistress... The Trunchbull. The Trunchbull is very powerful and does horrible things to the children, the same to the teachers and parents! But Matilda soon figures out that The Trunchbull is the terrible aunt of poor miss Honey! Matilda soon gets a plan... and it works and it makes the Truchbull want to move out (everyone loved to see that) and Miss Honey wasn't so poor anymore. You should read the book to see what she does!

Humphrey is the golden hamster, class pet of room 26 in Mrs. Brisbane's class. He is very smart and he knows how to read, write, and do math! Everybody in the class likes him... until Og the Frog comes....
Every weekend, someone takes Humphrey home. This time, Garth and Golden Meranda takes him home. At Garths' house, he meets Natalie the babysitter, and at Meranda's house, she meets her step sister Abby who does not like Meranda. But, Humphrey helps them get along.
A the end, Aldo the custosdian (humphrey's friend) decides to be a teacher and also, He, Humphrey gets along with Og the Frog and Og saves Humphrey and helps him solves other kid's problems b warning him that it is the end of recess. (This book also has quotes about friendship at the end of each chapter.)
